White River Series Garage – Winhall, VT

This is a 14’x20’ white river series garage with 10’ lean-to. This Winhall, VT garage was built with white pine board & batten siding stained with smoke stain manufactured by Haley Paint Company. It has 12 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HDZ (Pewter gray color) shingles. The windows are non-insulated single-hung aluminum windows with screens provided by Apple Outdoor Supply. The insulated service door with window was manufactured by Bird-In-Hand Windows & Doors. The non-insulated 9’x8’ Homestead Series overhead garage door with windows was manufactured by General Door Corporation and installed by Monterey Door Shop. The gable vents are manufactured by J&N Structures. The foundation is a concrete pad with 12” high concrete walls installed by the customer.

Benefits:

This white river series garage has cathedral ceiling and a 10’ lean-to. It has one garage bay with a non-insulated garage door with windows in the front. Along one side is a single-hung window and the along other side underneath the lean-to is an insulated service door with window and a single-hung window. On each end of the garage, up near the peak, is a gable vent.
