Modular Barn – Stowe, VT


Project Description:

This is a 32’x36′ modular barn with 8′ lean-to in the trailside style. This Stowe, VT trailside barn was built with white pine board and batten siding. It has 4 pitch rafters and architectural shingle roof with GAF Timberline HD (Pewter Gray color) shingles. The small windows are sliding wood barn sash windows and the large window is an insulated double-hung Andersen Silverline Series window provided by Bird-In-Hand Windows. The 9’x8′ SRP overhead garage door was manufactured by General Doors Corporation. The 4’x9′ roll doors with windows and 4’x7′ dutch doors with window are manufactured by J&N Structures. The gable vents were also manufactured by J&N Structures. On the roof is a B-37 Series cupola with weather vane manufactured by Creative Cupolas. The foundation of frost walls and concrete pad in the center aisle was installed by the customer.

Benefits:

This modular barn has (3) 12’x12′ stalls and a 12’x10′ stall and a 12’x10′ tack room and a 12’x16′ garage area and an 8’x36′ aisle. The stalls are lined with 4′ high oak kickboard and have a sliding 4’x7′ stall door. The 12’x12′ stalls have a dutch door with window to the outside. The 12’x10′ stall has a window. The tack room has a double-hung window and a service door with a window into the aisle. The garage area has a window and a garage door to the outside and a service door into the aisle. The aisle has double sliding doors with windows at each end. Beside the roll doors are extra windows.
